This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
I moved away from Cambidge in September of 2005, the las time I saw Dave was maybe a week or so after I had moved. I came across him at the "alley bar" on race street, we chatted abit about religion and the herd. We always seemed to talk of things others found taboo.
Anyway i would eventually hear of him passing, through a phone call from a mutual friend. I wasn't able to make the viewing, but Dave and I are very close. At one point I was at his home more than my own. We did several music projects together his poetry and lyrical writings are very introspective at times.
The first time I met him he came over to hear the band I was in play. We where in the creating process and offered him the microphone. It was very impressive when he poured out the emotion he did with such delivery, I knew then that I wanted to be friends with him.
He is very insightful and every so often I hear something he said to me, advice, a joke, a comment ment for me personally whatever. To me Dave is not dead at all. Dave lives on, and if he had passed away I would summon him like spirits of the Necronomicon.
Where ever you are Dave you and all you have left behind for us is not forgotten. DAVE LIVES ON!!!!!!
Never knew this guy, though I lived in the same town for years. Just got pointed to his work by a friend, and I'm feeling like I missed out. Appreciate his stuff, and am really blown away by some of it. Not sure what the point was, just wanted to explain that if his stuff is powerful enough to grab me in a certain way, that means something despite his passing.
This is his site and most of you were cherished in his heart.
It is with complete sadness and regret to have to tell you that my nephew David passed away this last weekend, sometime during the night of Saturday, September 17th, 2005. David was my favorite nephew and I will miss him more than you may know. We had planned for him to move in with my/his family and this sudden shock was completely unexpected.
Will miss his smile, his spirit, his courage, and his amazing creative energies.
Will miss the excitement & energy in his eyes as he discussed what he'd learned, what he wondered, what he thought, and of course, what he'd created, and why. What it meant to him. Why it meant that way. Will post more info as it becomes available and tonight I raise a toast to David's memory at the Stratovarius show. Be Good - Be safe. Peace out
